Locked cabinets, doors or dressers dated, will not be available for use;

- After confirmation of the reservation, a photo of the document of all guests must be sent, as well as the OWNER of the reservation, and MUST BE PRESENT AT THE TIME OF CHECK IN;

- Smoking is not allowed inside the house;

- Extra guests not informed are subject to a readjustment of R$180/day, depending on the capacity of the house. Exceeding the capacity or violating the permitted limit results in a fine of R$ 2,500 and immediate cancellation of the reservation

- We are not responsible for damages caused by public services (energy, internet, water) or interruptions, whether scheduled or urgent. There will be no refund or cancellation of reservation, as long as the use of the private vehicle is not committed;
