Meter and water readings will be photographed at check-in and check-out.
Locked closets, doors, or rooms are not available for guest use.
After reservation confirmation, photos of ID documents of all guests and the booking holder must be sent. The holder must be present at check-in.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
Extra guests not informed in advance are subject to an additional fee of R$180/day, provided it does not exceed the house’s capacity. Exceeding the limit results in a R$2,500 fine and immediate cancellation of the reservation.
Visitors must be informed and authorized in advance, subject to availability, and cannot exceed the house’s maximum capacity of 16 guests.
We are not responsible for failures of public services (electricity, internet, water). No refund or cancellation will be granted as long as the use of the property is not compromised.
At check-out, dishes must be washed and trash must be disposed of properly.
Any issues must be reported immediately during the stay. We will give maximum priority to resolving them.
Quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM.
Local electricity (Enel) is unstable; to avoid outages, we recommend using a maximum of 2 showers at the same time.
Parking: the garage accommodates 2 cars (in tandem). It is forbidden to park on the lawn. Violation results in a R$200 fine for garden repair.
Reservations for underage guests unaccompanied by legal guardians are strictly prohibited.
